If you are not completely satisfied with your products you may return your order for a refund, exchange or store credit as long as the products comply with our return criteria.
To organise a return, please request a Return Authorisation number by contacting email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns outside the 7 day window may not be accepted. To qualify for a return, all items must be returned with the original packaging intact and in a saleable condition. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Unless otherwise specified, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on any discounted product, unless faulty or damaged. This includes marked down items, sale products or items discounted through marketing, promotions, code discounts. Please note, return shipping costs for all returns, other than faulty goods, will be deducted from the refund amount.
