Shipping & Returns
For all orders, delivery is calculated on weight and distance from the Sagitine warehouse to the nominated delivery address. Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout at time of order. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming dispatch as well as details for tracking your delivery. In stock orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse in Botany NSW within 7 business days of you placing your orders (this excludes preorders).
Estimated delivery times are: Sydney Metro delivers are made within 5 business days of dispatch. Other Metro Cities are delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Orders placed from regional areas may take up to 15 days to be delivered after leaving our warehouse.
Australia is currently experiencing unprecedented delays in delivery due to an extreme amount of pressure on the workforce as a hangover from the COVID-19 Pandemic. We will do everything we can to ensure your orders are delivered in the timeliest manner possible but please bear with us as we work with our logistics and courier colleagues to help ensure their workplaces and practices remain safe over this years holiday period.

Sagitine will cover the insurance of your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Sagitine and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If you are not completely satisfied with your products you may return your order for a refund, exchange or store credit as long as the products comply with our return criteria.
To organise a return, please request a Return Authorisation number by contacting email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns outside the 7 day window may not be accepted. To qualify for a return, all items must be returned with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Unless otherwise specified, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on any discounted product, unless faulty or damaged. This includes marked down items, sale products or items discounted through marketing, promotions, code discounts. Please note, return shipping costs for all returns, other than faulty goods, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Each Sagitine order is fully checked and quality controlled before leaving the warehouse. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Sagitine immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can rectify the issue with a replacement, repair or refund.
