Where are the Sagitine products designed?

Sagitine products are designed in Sydney, Australia. 

Where are the Sagitine products made?

The Sagitine products are crafted by master craftsman in provinces of China. 

What materials are your stands made from?

Our stands are crafted from brass or powder coated aluminium and walnut timber. The boxes are crafted from high grade, dense FSC-certified paper.  The boxes are handcrafted, with genuine leather pulls, monogrammed with the Sagitine logo. 

What are the Sagitine lead times?

Sagitine lead times vary. Generally stock is held in quantities at our Sydney warehouse. If an item is out of stock, please enquire at info@sagitine.com.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. Please contact us if you require assistance in placing an order. 

What payment method does Sagitine accept?

Sagitine accept online payments from all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments will be processed in AUD. 

Do you offer same day delivery?

Same day delivery is currently available for addresses in metropolitan Sydney, if ordered before 12pm. 

Will I have to pay import and duties on my order?

Sagitine ships on a DDU (delivery duties unpaid) basis. Depending on the specific delivery country, import taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. 

When will I receive my order? 

Metropolitan Sydney: Same day shipping is available between Monday-Friday, if ordered before 12pm. If order is placed after 12pm, next day delivery will be arranged.

Other Metropolitan Cities: 3-5 business days Regional Areas: 5-10 business days

International delivery times vary. Please contact info@sagitine.com for an estimated delivery timeframe.

What is Sagitine doing to limit its carbon footprint?

Sagitine is committed to limiting our impact on the environment. Our Carbon Offset scheme aims to negate the carbon footprint involved in shipping our products. When you select the Carbon Offset option you are helping neutralise the carbon dioxide that goes into the atmosphere from the process of shipping your order. At checkout you will see an option to offset the shipment. By selecting this box, the amount of carbon is automatically calculated and the offset fee is added to your shipping cost. This fee is used to invest in projects that remove or prevent greenhouse gas emissions. 

What social standards does Sagitine ensure for its suppliers?

Is my product under warranty?

Yes. Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
